By bringing yoga directly to you, I have introduced these group sessions to be uniquely tailored to the needs and abilities of those attending. These sessions integrates yoga poses, breathwork and hand-to-eye co-ordination amongst other benefits.

The Joys of Yoga

One-to-one sessions allow you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body in the comfort of your own home.

Group classes enable those new to yoga or returning to practice to feel comfortable in a supportive, welcoming group.  
Bringing yoga poses (asanas), breathwork (pranayama) as well as relaxation (savasana).

PUPPY YOGA

Something a bit different

These new sessions do exactly what they say on the tin ~ combine yoga with puppy interaction.
A unique opportunity to practice yoga as well as indulge in some cute cuddle time in a warm studio environment.
